All Licking County Library locations will close today, March 16, at 5:00 PM until further notice. Library Administration will continue to watch developments and consult with state and local sources to determine a firm opening date.
This closure includes all meeting rooms reserved by the community, bookmobile service and homebound delivery. Library programs for children, teens and adults have been suspended until further notice. Due dates have been extended and book drops will be locked. Licking County Library is fine free and materials will not be due the days the Library is closed. Anyone can apply online and receive a Library card within 48 hours on our website, lickingcountylibrary.org, to be used for digital resources while we are closed.
The health and safety of Library customers and staff is top priority. This is a difficult time and the Library hopes that this measure helps to curb the spread of this virus. In the coming days, the Library will post various resources and other information on its website and Facebook page.
